No other place I’ve visited in the Bay area offers such a creative, and not to mention delicious, alternative to your standard bubble tea.

Having said that, there was one concern regarding the service at the Burlingame location that did dampen my overall experience. I noticed that the orders are absolutely fixed, leaving no room for customization or changes, which is something I hold dear when visiting a bubble tea spot.
